Yes, you can get admission to MCM DAV college for women, Chandigarh, under the general category, for the BA course with the 12th class percentage you have scored.

However I would like to advise you to undergo some training of counselling so that you will be able to perform the job in a better fashion. If you cannot go to a normal college maybe because you are working, I would recommend that you should download the brochure cum application form of the best open University of India that is IGNOU.
