In India, there are dual specializations in which you will be provided degree + 3 years of exhaustive diploma in Cyber Security. IIT Roorkee, And if u want to join in NIT then sit in NIMCET which is all India entrance test for MCA conducted by NIT. And for other universities Benaras Hindu University, JNU and also Anna University these all are the purely Govt. University so their fees structure will also be less. Best of Luck.
