Hi Nadim, Computer Engineering & Computer Science Engineering both are the same branch. Some Universities/Colleges call it CS & some others as CSE (Its confusing like difference between B.E & B.Tech) Yes Information Science or some colleges call it Information Technology are different from CS & CSE though that too is computer related. So CS/CSE are more preferred over IS/IT by students & industry.

I don't have much information about these colleges but I can suggest you to do some researches on these colleges through college visit and meeting with their students who will give you the accurate information about this college educational system, facilities, and their placement through campus. Yes it is beneficial but as compare to regular mba, distance mba is not that much beneficial.
If your decision is to go for distance mba then go for IMT.

And on other side you can also look for some more private engineering colleges in India if you do not have any location problem and can survive any place. I would suggest go for a package of journalism and photography so that you have a better job profile. Check for BJMC from a college giving you good academics chitkara, lovely professional univ etc.
