With 34 percentile in MHT CET, it is highly unlikely that you will secure admission to a government agriculture college in Maharashtra. Admission typically requires a significantly higher percentile, and most government colleges have cutoffs well above this score. Your 84% in Class 12th is commendable, but it may not compensate for the low CET percentile.
It will be easier and good if you look for private colleges and in some cases you may get admission by management quota.
