It is good to see your seriousness in making your career so as per your profile you may consider pursuing certificate or diploma course in:
- Basic computing.
- Advance excel.
- MS office.
- Tally.
- Equity Research.
- NCFM Modules in Financial markets, mutual funds, Currency Derivatives, etc.
All this above mentioned course along with B.com would surely help you in getting a good job after graduation.
As per your long term goal is to pursue MBA so I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opting for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
