The qualifying percentage of marks for the TG PECET is 30% of the minimum marks for consideration for ranking. If you have lower than that then you're eligible to participate in TS PECET Counselling. Maybe ask if there is a management quota, universities accepting your score, or you can appear again for the next session.

If you've cleared the TS PECET but don't wish to participate in the counselling, you simply need to do nothing. By not registering, not filling choices, and not reporting for certificate verification or seat allotment, your seat in any round of counselling will be nullified, and you will not be considered for admission for that academic year.
