To apply for M.Sc. in Medical Physiology at AIIMS Delhi, follow these steps:

4. Correction of deficiencies: Correction of deficiencies in Basic Registration that are not Accepted can be done from 09.05.2025 to 12.05.2025 (05:00 PM).




5. Final status: The final status (Accepted & Rejected) of Basic Registration for M.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Courses / M. Biotechnology -August, 2025 Session will be done on 14.05.2025.




6. Generation of Code: Generation of Code for Final Registration for M.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Courses / M. Biotechnology -August, 2025 Session only for those whose Basic Registration is accepted starts on 17.04.2025 and closes on 15.05.2025 (5:00 PM).




7. Final Registration: Final Registration (Payment of fees and city choice) only for those who have generated the code can be done from 17.04.2025 to 15.05.2025 (5:00 PM).




8. Admit Card: The admit card will be uploaded on the AIIMS website on 06.06.2025 (Tentative) for M.Sc. Courses / M. Biotechnology and on 13.06.2025 (Tentative) for M.Sc. Nursing.




9. Examination: The examination for M.Sc. Courses / M. Biotechnology will be held on 14th June, 2025 (Saturday), and for M.Sc. Nursing on 21st June, 2025 (Saturday).




10. Result: The result will be declared after the examination, and the selected candidates will have to undergo medical examination by a medical board consisting of faculty members of the Institute.

7. Entrance Examination: The question paper for M.Sc. courses will be of 90 minutes’ duration consisting of 90 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) carrying 90 marks in the subject in which the candidates have applied.


8. Admission will be made entirely on the basis of performance of candidates at the Entrance Examination to be conducted in Delhi/ NCR.
