hi dinesh it seems your question refers to the problem of concentration rather than actual information about any course. If I have understood you are unable to concentrate and focus on your studies I will give you some easy and general tips to achieve that. I am not aware what course you are doing but it looks like you are preparing for MBA entrance exams. You should study at that time of the day when you feel fresh and energetic. Some people prefer early morning studies and some like late night studies. Try and observe what time it suits you. Secondly, make a habit of studying taking regular breaks. It is recommended to take 15 minutes break after every 2 hours. In this break time you should take a walk, listen to music or just sit down closing your eyes. Also, ensure you take a lot of liquid stuff like juice , water etc. Avoid taking lot of tea and coffee as this contains caffeine and tends to increase anxiety.
