The question arises in our mind repeatedly. The problem is mostly due to keeping the language passive all the time. Naturally, it becomes dormant and we can not bring it into play. One more problem is that we always aim at a perfect sentence,so we become so conscious, while speaking in English. Never think of correctness constantly. Use it to your best.Naturalize English and make it a part of you.
