In which college do you want admission? If it's nid you need to get a decent score plus qualify the entrance and interview if you wanna get in. As for the other colleges, it is relatively easier but still require efforts on your side.

As the cutoff for only screening is very high in AFMC, and is much higher for girls as number of seats for girls are less in AFMC as compared to that of boys. You have to score very good marks {almost 630+ in NEET (2020)}. As in 2019 screening cutoff for boys was 596 and for girls was 610. Marks more than cutoff doesn't mean you will definitely get a seat in AFMC (marks more than cutoff only makes you eligible for further tests which are conducted by AFMC only).

RVCE is a good college and definitely M.Tech is good in RVCE provided you don't get a M.Tech seat in IITs/NITs/IIITs/ IISc etc. Among the top institutions in Bangalore, RVCE is one among them. Placement wise M.Tech has not many avenues but it opens a way for paid internships where you might get absorbed later. All the Best.

Hello Tanmay Kulkarni,
Just do not worry. I can understand your angst and the anxiety. Frankly speaking if you want to become a scientist then there is no need to do engineering. You should go for BCA MCA and then Ph.D. You will then be able to become scientist. Best wishes to you.
