After B.Sc Physics, you can pursue M.Sc Nanotechnology.
To be eligible, you need to pass B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Life Sciences with a minimum of 50% marks or B.Tech in Material science/ Mechanical/ Biomedical/ Chemical/ Biotechnology /Electronics / Computer Science from recognized University.
