The fee structure at Indus University varies across its programs. For B.Tech, the annual fee is Rs 1,01,000, while the MBA programme costs Rs 85,000 per year. The B.Sc programme has a flexible fee range of Rs 35,000 to Rs 85,000 annually. In the case of M.Sc Clinical Research, the fees range from Rs 35,000 to Rs 1,25,000 per year. The B.B.A and MCA programs have an annual fee range of Rs 55,000 to Rs 85,000. The B.Des programme is priced at Rs 2,61,000 per year, while BCA has a fixed annual fee of Rs 55,000. For B.Com (Hons), the annual fee is Rs 50,000, and the B.Arch programme costs Rs 1,25,000 per year.

To be eligible for admission in the B.Sc. course at ROOTS Collegium, candidates are required to have completed their 10+2 years of schooling from a recognised institute, attaining a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Notably, no entrance exams are mandated for the various specializations offered by the institution. Admission for students from different states or countries is processed separately. Cut-off marks required for the admission in BSc in Roots Collegium, Hyderabad are based on availability of seats and number of applicants. However, there is required minimum 50% aggregate marks in 12th from Science as a core subject for example PCM or PCB. BSc in data sciences are also offered by this college as a popular course. The application process will be online and application details can be obtained from the site of Root Collegium itself. Cut-off details will be available on the website. Some courses also require a special entrance test known as  Roots Management aptitude test. So cutoff marks are decided on the basis of entrance and merit of 12th percentage.
