Absolutely not, you don't need appear in CUET for BSc at Impact Paramedical and Health Institute. 

For some specialised courses,   IPHI holds their own entrance exam. And the admission of the other courses are based on the merit of the students on 10+2 exam.

Yes, Impact Paramedical and Health Institute is little bit more expensive than School of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences. It depends on the factors like duration of course, specialization. As IPHI offers a broader spectrum of demanding courses and specialised equipments,   it's totally justified.
