Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a degree course offered by the colleges affiliated to the universities. So, only universities can offer MBA programmes.
Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a Diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university. Sinhagad college is not a good option for pursuing MBA in Pune, as it is neither a reputed brand nor it ranks among the top 50 colleges for doing MBA across India. Keep it only as a backup option in case you do not have a much better option and/or are unwilling to take a year's drop to prepare again for the various MBA entrance exams. It is always beneficial and advised to pursue MBA only from a reputed and top-ranked college.
