Yes, IILM University Gurugram's BBA is NEP 2020–aligned and does offer good flexibility along with multiple entry and exit options for students. The structure allows learners to choose multidisciplinary courses across different schools and decide their exit point as a Certificate after Year 1, Diploma after Year 2, Degree after Year 3 or BBA (Hons/Hons with research) after completing the full 4-year pathway. This means students can plan their journey according to their goals, finances or career plans, while still earning a recognised credential at each stage, making the programme student-centric and future-ready.

Hi.

Yes — internships are possible for BA Psychology students

Psychology internships allow undergraduates to “apply theoretical knowledge to real-life situations” — in clinics, hospitals, wellness centers, research labs, schools, community-service centres, NGOs, etc.

Some mental-health / wellness centers explicitly offer internship/trainee-positions to BA or BSc psychology students. For example, Peace of Mind (India) offers “graduate internship (BA/BSc Psychology or Clinical Psychology)” which includes patient-center workflow, admin support, content-creation, and “live-project” work.

Similarly, Inspiron Psychological Well

At GIBS Bangalore, the faculty-student ratio is quite good, which means there are enough teachers for each student.

This helps a lot in mentoring because:

  • Teachers can pay attention to individual students

  • You can ask questions freely and get proper guidance

  • Mentors can track your progress and help you improve

  • It creates a friendly and supportive learning environment

Overall, the good faculty-student ratio at GIBS makes learning more personal and helps students grow both academically and professionally.

At GIBS, we have a really good number of faculty around us. There are around 25+ core faculty who are always on campus, so it's easy to approach them for classes, projects, or even random doubts. They're very supportive and involved with students.

Apart from that, there are 30+ visiting faculty who keep coming in from the industry. They share real work experience and practical examples, which makes learning more interesting. As a student, it honestly feels nice because you get regular guidance plus real corporate exposure at the same time.

At GIBS, the faculty is honestly a nice mix of highly educated people and real corporate experts. Most of them have done their MBA, PGDM, or even PhD, and many have worked in top companies for several years before coming to teach us.

Plus, we also get sessions from industry people, CEOs, trainers, and visiting faculty, so we learn a lot of real-life stuff too. Overall, the teachers are qualified, experienced, and very easy to talk to — they explain things in a simple, practical way.
