Amisha, usually MS requires 4 years of education after 10+2. SO take up a masters in India before going abroad. Just mail any college to understand what is acceptable to them - would a 1 year diploma be fine with them or do they require a degree. Wish you the best for your career. Remember, your Career is a resultant of your knowledge combined with your passion and expression ability. If you like this answer you may select it as best answer or press like.

Bright future is not guaranteed by MBA degree. Do it only if you are really interested in it. To get a MBA degree, you first of all have to give entrance exam and after that you have to clear their GDPI rounds. You can start preparing for CAT 15. Either by enrolling in a coaching class or by doing self study. Whatever suits you. And keep an eye on various institutes, which you are targeting, because some B-schools open registration forms before CAT. Score a good percentile in CAT 15 and then surely you will get calls from premier B-schools. All the very best.
