Hi Syed,
In order to be eligible for the CAT Exam, the candidate has to pass at least their Bachelors degree with at least 50% (for General Category and for candidates from the NC-OBC caste). For SC/ST and Differently Able (DA) candidates, the percentage required is 45%.

No, you can't. The minimum qualification required to become a CBI officer is a Bachelors degree. You need to be a graduate in any discipline of your choice from a recognised university. For the post of Assistants and Sub-Inspectors in CBI your age should be between 20 and 27 years.
