Scholarship depends on your whole application including your percentage, your test scores, as well as your SOP, LOR's and scholarship essay. Frame a good application and chances of getting a scholarship would be bright.

You must be a graduate. If you are a graduate then you can apply for MBA (HR) from IGNOU and other correspondence universities of your choice.

As per my knowledge, its important to qualify an entrance for a Law course but for Mass media courses, there are several short term programs too that may or may not require an entrance.
