There is no such authentic list of best institute in Hyderabad or anywhere in India. You have to do your own research to identify most suitable option. While choosing any institute ensure that you are taught by Experienced & proficient Mentors. Also ensure adequate infrastructure, industry interface & validate placement track record of alumni's.
Animation calls for a wide bouquet of skills from traditional art skills to articulation skills, storytelling to aesthetic appreciation, and creativity to technical prowess.
Digital Media and Animation related programs are offered by lot of Government Colleges and Autonomous Institutes & Universities in India as well.
Learning Software alone won't help you. First acquire artistic skills on paper, then learn application software's for expressing skills in the Digital Medium.

You can separate each subject and study accordingly.
You can take small footsteps and achieve a lot within a small time.
****Following is the procedure:
* Pass CPT examination
* Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course
* Complete 9 months of Study Course
* Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training
* Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week)
* Pass Group I or both Groups of Integrated Professional Competence Examination
* Register as Articled Assistant for a period of 3 years
* Pass Group II of IPCC if not already passed
* Appear in Final Examination during last 6 months of 3 years of articled training
* Pass both the Groups of Final examination
* Get Final Examination Certificate
* Complete remaining period of articled training, if applicable
* Complete Course on General Management and Communication Skill
* Enroll as a member of ICAI and designate as "Chartered Accountant"
