After diploma in EEE, it would be advisable to opt for lateral B.E / B.Tech course.
As per your interest in BCA, to be eligible, you need to pass 10+2 or it's equivalent with at least 50% in any stream with Mathematics.

As per your query, it seems that you wish to pursue MBA from abroad, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
