Direct admission to B.Tech in Information Technology at VBSPU is not granted. Admission through entrance exams - JEE Main, PUCAT, UPCET would be on the basis of valid scores achieved by applicants. Class 12 appeared with a minimum of 50% marks in Maths and Physics and one additional subject. First of all, get hold of your university to learn what choices are available to complete that BA degree with the incompletes, or perhaps renew that inactivity with a deadline on which the project would have its validity extended. Most schools accept pending requirements for their students to be completed in time. If re-enrollment is available, get this while applying for that, as well. Also, seek supplemental courses or workshops to ensure your fulfillment of the projects required to pass the course. Seek academic advisors to find the right pathways for completing your degree if that is necessary.

Yes, you are eligible for the SET exam if you do your MA in online mode, as long as the degree is from a UGC-approved university. Online degrees from approved universities are deemed valid by UGC. Make sure your university is recognised by UGC and check particular SET exam eligibility on the official website for absolute eligibility.
