HI Shashikant, with 6.0 in IELTS you can apply for MBA to Swansea Metropolitan Univ. Although Bedfordshire requires 6.5 but they conduct their own English Language exam. TRy appearing for it. It can be taken at the University's authorised agent's office. It is conducted free of cost.
But middlesex also requires 2 yrs managerial work ex. do you have it?
The ones I have mentioned do not require any work ex.

hi, chemistry is a quite chemical subject with lots mystery around but if u get into IIT then u can join integrated chemistry courses there , with a shining future or else donut hesitate to join top universities for B.SC with chemistry hons,like DU or BHU,then after msc and so on , the field goes on and on expanding

You should not be 67% is not at all a bad score. You can apply for your Engg in all the reputed and the normal colleges. You can opt with Punjab technical University, Kurkshetra university, MDU, UP tech Univ. etc.
