Hi since you have done inter from pcb group you should opt for something that is related to your field like biologist,chemist or if you want you can also go for PMT exams rest depends on you which field do you want to choose as your career path.

I doubt that such courses are being run under MTech. Your earlier qualification gets annulled also. Try for Mtech in any of ECE specializations.
