You need to take part in the various tests carried out by UPSC, public sector banks, PSC, SSC. There are opportunities in defense sector also.

Public Sector Banking Jobs after BCA
Various banks are calling BCA graduates for the posts of clerks and POs. The recruitment process is done by organizing entrance tests and interview. Most of the banks require a minimum qualification of graduation for various posts.
Jobs in Indian Railways after BCA
Indian RRB also recruits BCA graduates for different posts. This central government job is a respectable job among the society.

Hi,
MBA in IT is a good course to pursue and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
In order to pursue MBA in IT, you need to be graduate of any faculty of any statutory university with 50% marks at graduation level.
However please remember graduates in IT/Computer Science/Computer Application; or in engineering or with IT related experience will be preferred.

As per your query, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
