Dear Ayushi,
If you planning for MBA after this then yes of-course BMS is very good to pursue, but now since you have completed first year of B.com hons,i think you should continue with this and in last year you should prepare for MBA reason being now if you will switch to BMS a year which you have completed in b.com hons might be wasted depending upon college, and if it goes wasted then surely it will be a issue in your PI when you will pursue MBA coz then it will be questioned that why you choose B.com when you wanted to go for BMS , wasn't you sure or wasn't you able to decide and there it may create some issues.
