Hi Anoop,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So as per your profile you are not eligible for admission in full time MBA or PGDM program, however if you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM only in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.

First of all, I would like to apologize for a late reply.
So answer to your question is partially yes.
I would say that prof. are not good here, but from my experience over past 3 years, It actually doesn't matter. All that matters is you must be willing to learn. Also if you are not getting computer science in any other top IIT then you can go for ISM, Also ISM is going to be an IIT very soon. Last thing ISM CSE is the best in ISM and is developing at a great rate.
