The time to finish a Pilot course in India depends on which license you want and the school you join. Here’s the usual time it takes:
Private Pilot License: about 6 to 12 months
Commercial Pilot License: about 18 to 24 months
Airline Transport Pilot License: about 18 to 24 months

Cut off percentage varies every year. All I can is that if you want to secure decent score then go through the last year's question papers. Spend your time in evaluating the portion from which questions are being asked.
