No I saw the brochure of bhu UG programms. There were no courses like that. But you can also double check by searching bhu ug programm list.

No you can't do medical with 200 marks because there is cutoff which approximately 600 to 630 which you should pass then only you would take admission in medical college for MBBS if you want other branches then marks are lower but not lower than 500
