You can go for diploma in Fashion Designing in any government. polytechnic or state textile institute.
NIFT also offers 1 year diploma program.
However a degree program is better as it fully prepares you on the basis of the industry requirements and gives you a complete education in not only design and execution but also in communication.
You can go for a degree programme in NIFT directly in 2nd year , that is from 4th semester if you go for lateral entry after your diploma in designing.
This will help you even more and strengthen your designs.

I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows, and human figures. However, soon you may have to upgrade to more serious books like "The Animator's Survival Kit" by Richards William. Later on you may take up a multimedia and animation or in design and graphics). Just for your knowledge Animation draws the best out of a Creative Person. It offers a person to indulge in music, design, acting, direction, camera, voice design, character design etc. Wish you the best for your career. A Bachelors in Computer Science gives you the opportunity to work in any area in the computer industry - i.e. hardware or software. But B-Sc is considered a fairly general degree by the industry and does not open many doors in the IT industry by itself.
So after B.Sc Computer Science, you may study :
