Hi Saara,
You can go for diploma in Fashion Designing in any government. polytechnic or state textile institute.
NIFT also offers 1 year diploma program.
However a degree program is better as it fully prepares you on the basis of the industry requirements and gives you a complete education in not only design and execution but also in communication.
You can go for a degree programme in NIFT directly in 2nd year , that is from 4th semester if you go for lateral entry after your diploma in designing.
This will help you even more and strengthen your designs.
Graduation courses available in Fashion Designing:
-B.Sc/B.Des - Knitwear Design
-B.Sc/B.D

Saara, I'd be happy to understand your current stage of progress including academics, courses, hobbies and other interests to help you understand what in you can lead to the field of design. Also take a look at the preparation some students do before entering this field http://bit.ly/1ddUSi8. Take Any creative subjects or arts or languages. I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows, and human figures. However, soon you may have to upgrade to mor

HI Shally!
A Bachelors in Computer Science gives you the opportunity to work in any area in the computer industry - i.e. hardware or software. But B-Sc is considered a fairly general degree by the industry and does not open many doors in the IT industry by itself.
So after B.Sc Computer Science, you may study :
1) M.Sc Computer Science
2) MBA
3) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Hardware
*
You may even opt for advance courses in specialized field such as :
- Networking
- Database systems
- Embedded systems
- Operating systems
- Computer Validation
- Software engineering
- Circuits and signals
- Technical Applications
- Interactive Systems Engineering
