Yes, you have chances, your score is good. In case not in delhi university try in BITS, IIIT, Lovely Professional University.
In Lovely university, u will get good scholarship too and its well renowed university.

The application date has already closed for this year. you will have to apply again next year. the instructions will be put on the college website. Generally, you have to download an application form, fill it and send it to the college with the inr 2000 depending on the course you have selected along with mentioned documents.

Both are similar. you can take admission in any. but if u are looking for some better option then check for IIIT, Lovely Professional University, BITs, PEC.
Before taking admission do compare infrastructure, number of students studying, international crowd, hostel facilities etc

Sai, VFX is a field of applying your design knowledge to create pleasing effects to highlight and progress the story. So typically a VFX person either comes from animation or film making. Yes, you can give improvement for one subject. as as u are talking about 2016 JEE, i think u are dropping your year.
I recommend u not to drop a year as it matters a lot in your career. There are god institutes where u can try atleast once might be u get admission. Check VJIT, Lovely Professional University, Nirma etc.
