You will have good training cum placement in the armed forces.
Further your entire expenses like training expenses, clothing,accommodation , books, medical treatment for 4 years till training period is over.
Suppose you are financially weak, then the govt. provides pocket expenses of Rs.400 per month

There are no category based admissions and also no management quota. The admission is purely based on merit and as you haven't applied for the admissions on the specified dates, you are not eligible to get admission.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a good branch at SASTRA where there will be a demand for it like mechanical, IT, etc. It deals mainly with software related studies so that you can be easily placed in top companies like Microsoft, TCS, etc., provided you have great skills.
