For 2020, candidates who have passed their Class 12th Examination or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2018, 2019 or those who are appearing for their class 12th Examination or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2020 are eligible to appear in JEE Main Examination.

FIRST You have to clear this exam then you can apply for DRDO JRF.
The CSIR NET Exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency. So, the difficulty level of the exam is quite hard to crack this exam.
