The best options for you in the KEAM (Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical) exam with a rank of 14,688 and in the general category can vary depending on many factors such as the availability of seats, the choices you have made during the counselling process, and the preferences of other candidates.

However, with a rank of 14,688 in the general category, you may have a good chance to get admission to engineering colleges in Kerala. While it may be difficult to get into highly competitive and sought-after colleges, you may still have options in other reputable institutions.

IIT Jammu placements 2023 concluded recently with an overall 85% placement rate. Other than this, if we compare the past year's cutoff trends for the premium specialisations such as CSE and EE, the competition to get into the institute has increased making it a better option. Other than these, the institute offers amenities, such as well-maintained labs, sport-specific playgrounds, etc. Talking about the infrastructure, IIT Jammu is one of the few IITs of its generation to have a permanent campus and not a temporary or borrowed campus.
