BBA is good but you have to go for MBA after BBA there is no other option for you after BBA , if you get chance to for integrated degree BBA+MBA then it is good option it save one year of you in academic

Normally, 3 years of degree is not valid in Germany. But if your institute has any kind of tie-up with Germany based institute, then only it is possible.

Your percentage is too low so don't go for B.Tech. because that will create issue in placement after B.Tech. If your Chemistry is good then only try B.Pharma.
