No, IIMC Aizawl accepts CUET scores entrance exam scores for admission. Direct admissions are not possible. However, the college has a reservation policy which gives some relaxation in admission to the reserved category students. The following is the reservation policy followed by the IIMC Aizawl:

There are a total of 30 seats in M.Tech course of MIT School of Bioengineering Sciences and Research. Candidates are offered seat in the M.Tech programme based on GATE or PERA. The school releases a merit list based on the entrance exam score of the candidates. Shortlisted aspirants are further called for document verification and fee payment for final admission.

Aspirants who have passed a bachelor's degree in BE/ BTech Environmental Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Ceramic Technology/ Mechanical / Metallurgy /Civil Engineering /Mining Engineering/ Biochemical Engineering /Biotechnology /Instrumentation Engineering with at least 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA can apply for MIT School of Bioengineering Sciences and Research M.Tech programme.

CUET application fee varies from category to category and the number of subjects chosen by the candidate for CUET. The CUET registration process is incomplete without the payment of application fee.

MIT School of Bioengineering Sciences and Research offers two-year M.Tech in Environmental Engineering course divided into four semesters. Aspirants with at least 50% aggregate in bachelor's degree can apply for M.Tech course. Besides, the selection for M.Tech is based on entrance exam score.
