Your cousin has 72,609 in the engineering entrance exam and hence he might face some difficulties to get into EC branch at Bijapur as most of these colleges would have higher cutoffs only. Though newer or private engineering colleges in the region may offer opportunities It would be good to cross-verify the colleges cutoffs and apply for a mix of institutions in Bijapur.
