With 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue masters degree as in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US you need to have 16 years of education i.e (10+2+4)
However of you wish to pursue masters degree from universities in US only in that case I would suggest you to complete your masters degree from India only and then apply for MS program in universities in US.

Yes your choice is Good, i can suggest you to do Certified Management Accountant [CMA] from Institute of Management Accountant [IMA - USA]. This certification is valid through out the World.
In CMA you have to write only 2 papers alone, both are financial papers with little Accountancy. A candidate can clear both the papers in 6 to 1 year. Its Computer based exams, 75% questions are objective [NO NEGATIVE MARKING], so the pass out ratio is high while comparing with CS.
CMA is equal to ICWAI, already MoU have been signed between IMA and ICWAI. All the MNCs where started looking for CMAs.
