MBA is a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
- Finance.
- Marketing.
- Human resources, etc.
All the specialization fields mentioned above are good to pursue and all offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
Based on your experience I would suggest you to pursue MBA in operations, or MBA in Marketing.
I would suggest that before opting for any specialization you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you may select the best specialization as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever specialization you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
If you wish to pursue your Masters in US then, all the good universities in US require GRE score of 1200-1400 plus for admission in their MS program, though the scores requirement might be some more or less depending upon the university requirement.
