There is no option to apply for MAH HM CET 2026 exam in offline mode. Also, application form, filled offline after making a copy of the online form, and submitting it at the admission office is not acceptable . 

Candidates must note that the MH HM CET 2026 application process is completely online. So, to fill out the form, candidates have to go to the MAH BHMCT CET 2026 admission portals -  cetcell.mahacet.org. MAH HM CET 2026 will be conducted in the selected cities in Maharashtra State only. Each MAH HM CET test centre has many "Venues" depending upon the number of candidates appearing at that centre. Candidates who appeared for CET will be asked to give their preference for the centre while filling MAH HM CET 2026 online application form. The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell will release all the information in the MAH HM CET 2026 official notification.
