I don't have any such tips and tricks to get a rank below 100, but i can tell you that the paper is not so difficult. Buy a book that contains previous years papers of their entrance test and solve as many of those you can in the limited time. This is what I did for my entrance. Well I didn't get a rank below 100 but I did get the branch of my choice.

If money is your immediate concern, I mean your financial status is not sound, then a gentle advice would be to work for a few years, if possible opt for part time or distance education courses without leaving your job. On the contrary, you may take a break for 2 years from work and join a regular course. But if you can wait for more surprises, it is advisable that you complete your MBA and move up the corporate ladder.

No, ur engineering % ll not make any difference in ur admission to PES University. What makes difference is your MAT , CMAT and pgcet score makes difference as u havw to get 50% and more in MAT or CMAT and in case of pgcet ( govt. Quota seats ) u should come below 100 rank . You can definitely apply for 2016 in PES University after Jan 2016.
