Availability of full time position as such. Performance in part time work. IF at part time, make sure your performance is good and is acknowledged. Extra skills sets, zeal, enthusiasm and efficiency displayed in your current part time job. These come in handy as there may be positions in other projects or verticals in same organisation where your skill can be used. Recommendation of your project manager. You must display professionalism to hilt to get recommendations from your manager. Commercials: Sometimes, even if your skills and traits match, the compensation can become a hindrance, you must research well about it in full time positions, before actually going forward with recruitment process.
