It's completely your choice whether you mention your marks of best 5 subjects or the overall aggregate of all subjects in your resume. Also, your class 12th marks does not hold much of importance while looking for jobs in MNCs. What matters the most is your skillset and knowledge so work hard on that if you want to get a good job in any MNC.
