» You can apply either ONLINE or OFFLINE for the exams.
» To apply ONLINE,refer to the website :: www.upsconline.nic.in !
» You may apply OFFLINE by purchasing the application kit from the regional main branch post office,then filling it as directed on the brochure and posting it on the desired address after pasting the CRF stamp.
The Price of the form is Rs 20/-.
» The Civil Service exams will be conducted in three phases,namely,
# The Preliminary Exams.
# The Mains Exams.
# The Interviews.
You have to clear the preceding leg to proceed to the next,and qualify the three phases completely to achieve your desired post.
» While the Preliminary exams are conducted in May spanning a single day, The Mains exams happen around October and November,dates varying according to your subject choices.
» You may download the e-Admit Card,if your candidature is valid,about three weeks prior to the commencement of the Preliminary exams.
SPECIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS -
1.Minimum height of 165 cm for Men and 150 cm for Women (minimum height is relaxable)
2.Min Chest girth fully expanded: 84 cm for Men and 79 cm for Women. Expansion of 5 cm for Men and Women.
3.Total amount of Myopia (including the cylinder) should not exceed minus 4.00 D and total amount of Hypermetropia (including the cylinder) should not exceed plus 4.00 D
4.Presence of Squint is a disqualification

For this you have to visit the institute and check up with the available course and prices.these days whichever institute you visit tends to excite you with the infrastructure, placement commitments etc and the name you have written in your question is a branded institutes, but to be true if i have join any institute i would firstly check with the quality of the training and that could be checked only by meeting the faculties checking there experience, meeting the students personnelly and talking to them about the courses checking with what king of practical experience the institute is providing you with, by the end of the day whenever you would go for the interview firstly the company will check your demo reel and not the name of the institute, they will judge your knowledge and not the recognition that would come on the later stages. With this answer i am not saying that your don't have to see the recognition etc of the institute but just set your priorities and then decide.
