Hello Anandrao, I can understand your concern. Unfortunately no readymade answer is available. Also every person will have his biases. Hence inter se ranking will change as per evaluaters perception. However national ranking of engineering colleges is made by few private agencies besides government. You need to find this out from net to satisfy your query.
