You should have a minimum of 50% in your 10th and 12th with PCM to be eligible for engineering. So, in your case, you're eligible. Whether you're able to get into a good college or not, depends solely on the scores and ranks of the engineering entrance examinations you appear for.

If you get into a well-known university in US or Canada, it should be the obvious choice. Just compare the colleges. If you are admitted to an IIT or BITS, you can think of pursuing your B.E in India only. Check where you are investing and is your investment worth. Also, if you are going abroad, you must be determined to study and work hard.

Top ranked universities in Australia require its MBA applicants to have work experience and submit GMAT or GRE scores. You will however find many options, check UTS, RMIT etc. I will advice you to visit university's website for the university specific admission requirements. Every university has different admission requirements.
