A total of 100 questions are asked in GAT PGT exam. Candidates can check section-wise distribution of marks below -

• Quantitative aptitude - 40 questions
• Reasoning and verbal ability - 25 questions

Total time to attempt GAT PGT questions is two hours.

GAT PGT exam is conducted online. The time duration is two hours. The questions MCQs. Each correct answer is of 2 marks and one mark is deducted for incorrect response.

This course is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and offered in affiliation with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). It is a dual specialisations course. In GAT PGT for each correct answer, students will get 2 marks while for each incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted. Since there is negative marking the candidates must be careful while answering. They should read and understand the question thoroughly and then answer it. 

For admission to BCA course at GN Group of Institutes, candidates must pass Class 12 with minimum of 45% aggregatefrom a recognised board as per the required eligibility for this course. It is a mandatory step to qualify before applying for this course. Candidates must also have Mathematics at Class 12 level. Admission to BCA is completely based on merit in the last qualifying exam.

The GAT PGT application fee can be paid online (net banking/credit card/debit card) mode. The application form can be submitted only after the application fee is paid. The apllication fee has to paid while submiiting the application form. The GAT PGT application fee is INR 600/- for MTech programs. 

GITAM GAT PGT 2025 application form last date is announced on official website. Candidates have to apply by the last date to be able to appear for the exam.
