Both the course you have mentioned are potential enough but the selection of the one should be based on one's aptitude, interest as well as the then market demand. Why dont you consider Project Management education in India? Infastructure sector is looking for Civil Engineers with Project Management skills for managerial jobs. Gone are the days when BE Civil were only asked to be in Construction or Real Estate. I think you should give a thought to Infrastructure Business Management and master Project Management. You may look for Institutes in Pune for this, like SAMVIT School of Infrastructure Business, PUNE; UPES etc.
