Yes, Annamalai University does offer M.Sc in clinical psychology. It is an integrated B.Sc. + M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology course which is a regular full time course of 5 years duration. Basic eligibility to apply for this course is that candidate should have cleared class 12 exams in the science stream from a recognized board. Regards.

Hi Jagpreet, its an online process, you have to check the university websites for deadlines and submit the online forms. You have taken your IELTS but for PG an overall score of 6.5 with no section less than 6 is required. I will recommend you retake IELTS but also check with the universities if they can give you a bridge course in English. Depends on your overall profile and the admission policies of the universities you apply.
