As per the Information Bulletin of CTET January 2021, The eligibility criteria of CTET for Primary and Elementary teachers are given below.
1. Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage (CTET Paper-1): Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
2. Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII Elementary stage (CTET-Paper-2): Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). So from above, there is no specific about the graduation subjects, So you are eligible for both stages of teachers.
