To apply for the BTech course at MIT Chennai, students have to fulfil minimum eligibility criteria.  The criteria are to complete class 12^th in Science stream with minimum 45%. They have to appear for TNEA counselling process. Students with good scores in class 12^th have better chances of getting selected through TNEA counselling.
